Food experiments English version

In the subject of experiments in the kitchen ... recently found a simple recipe for carrot cake. Carrot cake is one of the treats in our city. The restaurants can be found as raw carrot cake and conventional. So, I wanted to make this masterpiece at home with a small "but" - it happened that the house was a little carrot and a lot of beetroots. We all know the expression - yesterday soup(Ukrainian borsch) tastier. And as for the carrot cake saying the same thing. On the basis of this reasoning :-) got the idea to make a "Beetroot cake"
The ingredients all known for a carrot cake - in my case it's flour, cinnamon, salt, butter, sugar, yogurt, nuts and grated beets :-) Nice purple color dough.
That's how the cake looks like after baking - but not much raise up, turn out of shape was not easy, very gentle cake, but when cool down could slap it in half with boiled condensed milk. In our area, it boils down but still remains in the liquid state, an excellent moisturizer. And the taste ... it's just unforgettable ...
