Energy and power practices - Chi Goon, Thai Chi, Meditation;
Yoga of different schools and levels - Iyengar, Hatha, Baptiste, Yoga Mala, Ashtanga;
Recover from sport injures and help to other people. Now all this knowledge we are ready to teach and share with everybody who wants to live Happy and Healthy Life.

Under one roof we are planing to have a Fitness Gym Club, for your own creation of Human Art;
Dance classes with international Teacher;
Healing Yoga and Ballet for Health classes with professional trainer;
And small Cafe with home made bakery and healthy slim tea and goji drinks where are you can chilling at evening with big screen Cinema.
We are open our studio at Northern Thailand - land of Magical double rainbows.
We are teaching now and providing Dance Therapy - to recover from the sport injures and other accidents. Classical Ballet for kids and Adults, fun and joyful Hip Hop, Jazz and Contemporary dance classes, where you can express yourself and be fit, AND also where you can create your own happiness and shine. Life full of joy and success. Different power moving classes help to find your energy and to understand your body as a best friend for your daily life. Energetic and feminine Belly dance classes where you can learn to savor the joy of life, to express your feelings using body language, give a sense of harmony and keep your body and spirit looks and feel forever young and health.
Knowledge of bodywork, experience of 20 years practice, performing, teaching and helping to others - all this our Teacher collect and create special approach, conciseness program for everybody can learn Dance and be Fit in any time, in any age and with any basic.

Me is Ukrainian professional choreographer,
teacher and dancer of Ballet, Contemporary, Jazz, Hip-Hop, Ballet for Health and Arabian belly dances.
Certified specialist "Master Degree" by Ukrainian Kharkov State Academy of Culture.
For last 8 years travel around Asia as a Professional Teacher and Performer, living in Thailand with Husband.
Start dancing since kinder garden times, but take it to professional level from 11 years old. Spend a lot of time with Classical Ballet and Popular Dancing, Performing and showing on different Competitions.
Since year 2000 - take bodywork to advance level - Get Certificated as Teacher, Artist, Choreographer, Performer. Run own Hip Hop Dance Crew.
Keep going with International Competitions, where was win couple medals - Gold and Silver for Contemporary and Hip Hop Choreography and Performing.
Since 2006 - work and travel around Asia as Teacher, Dancer, Choreographer.
All that time not only Teaching and be a student too for Kung Foo and yoga classes with different international teachers.
Now Teacher and Performer at
Russian Ballet School Thailand for Ballet, Jazz, Hip Hop and Ballet for Health programs.
We need this fund support about gym equipment, renovate place, clear about documents with government, lawyers and get a certification and legalization for our teaching programs.
It's can take little longer time that we are aspect. But we will keep teaching and performing, even by SKYPE.
